1. TICKETS & GIFT VOUCHERS

Immediately after placing an order in the online shop, the customer will receive confirmation of receipt of his order by e-mail.
In the case of tickets without a quota restriction, an order confirmation/request for payment will be sent immediately. This confirmation contains all necessary information on payment processing and ticket delivery.
If there is a quota restriction, an order confirmation will be sent within 3 days at the latest.
If tickets and goods are ordered together, separate orders will be generated which will be confirmed and processed separately.
If the order was not paid directly at the time of booking by credit card or PayPal, the invoice amount due is payable within 10 days. If this period is no longer given by the day of the visit, however, payment must be made no later than 5 working days before the visit, stating the reservation number.
Transfers for the purchase of tickets are to be made exclusively to the account of the provider

When ordering gift vouchers, you will receive the valid bank details for the transfer by e-mail with your order confirmation.
The voucher is only valid once payment has been received in the provider's account.
As soon as the amount has been credited to the account, the reservation becomes binding. If payment is not received on time, the reservation will be forfeited and there will be no entitlement to admission or purchase on site, especially in the case of special offers limited in time. 
Tickets for admission to Phantasialand theme park will be sent as e-tickets if an e-mail address is provided.
Print@home vouchers are also sent as a PDF file if an e-mail address is provided.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable software that enables the files to be opened and printed properly.
Tickets for Fantissima and vouchers will be sent by mail, in the case of short-term bookings they will be deposited at the entrance.
A handling fee of €2.50 per order will be charged in addition to the order value for dispatch by mail.
 

2. GOODS

Immediately after placing an order in the online shop, the customer will receive an order confirmation/request for payment. This confirmation contains all necessary statements regarding payment processing and delivery. 
If the order was not paid directly at the time of booking by credit card or PayPal, the invoice amount due is to be transferred within 10 days, stating the order number.
In addition to the order value, shipping and packaging costs will be charged from approx. €7.49 per order; for shipments to other European countries from approx. €13.99.
Transfers are to be made exclusively to the account of the supplier

After receipt of payment, the goods will be dispatched by German mail to the order address provided. Goods and tickets are always shipped separately.
