Here you will find our answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products in the online shop.

Tickets Theme Park

Want to book at short notice ?

On the day of your visit, you can purchase a ticket in our online shop until 4 p.m. – or 4 p.m. during winter – when the online box office closes, at the current daily price – provided that tickets for that day are not sold out.
Please note: There is no box office on site.

If you would like to give a ticket as a gift and give the recipient the flexibility to choose the day of their visit, then choose a "One day at Phantasialand" gift card from our online shop.

You would like to visit us with a small child (under 4 years)?

Children aged 0 to 3 years are granted free admission without a pre-booked ticket. Please bring an official ID or birth certificate (a copy is sufficient) with you to the entrance. Without proof of age, the price of the day ticket for children aged 4 to 11 applies.

Can I also buy a ticket on site?

All Phantasialand tickets can be purchased online only. No ticket sales on site.

Want to enjoy free admission on the birthday (up to age 11)?

We offer birthday children up to and including their 11th birthday free admission to Phantasialand. For this birthday present, birthday children must reserve their visit online in advance and present a valid ID when visting on their birthday.

What ticket should I choose as a guest with special needs?

To visit Phantasialand, you will need either a pre-booked ticket at a special rate from our online shop or – under certain conditions – you may be eligible for free admission with an advance online reservation. You can find detailed information here: Guests with special needs.

How do I receive my tickets?

Once payment has been received, your e-tickets will be sent by email to the email address provided.

I have not received my tickets. What can I do?

Please check whether the email containing your tickets may be in your spam or promotions folder.
If you cannot find the email there either, please contact us at shop@phantasialand.de or call us on +49 (0)2232 36-600.


Tickets Fantissima

What do the different seating categories mean?

The tables will be set up and seated individually each evening. Six to twelve people can be seated at each of the round tables – depending on the hall plan and number of guests. You can choose between four seating categories when making your booking:

Category 1: best seats 1st to 2nd row of tables
Category 2: 3rd to 4th row of tables
Category 3: last row of tables
Category 4: seats with restricted view

What services are included in the price of the tickets?

At Fantissima you will experience a thrilling show in an extraordinary ambience and enjoy an exquisite 4-course gourmet menu (excl. drinks). Let our service team spoil you!

How do I receive my tickets?

Your Fantissima tickets will be sent by post once payment has been received.

If your booking is made shortly before your chosen Fantissima date, your tickets will be held for you on site. Please present your order confirmation either digitally or as a printed copy.

Is it possible to bring my child to the show?

Fantissima is an evening event lasting several hours with a show program and sophisticated culinary menu creations. The minimum age for children is accordingly 14 years.


Tickets Brunch & Lunch

How will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent by post once payment has been received.

If your booking is made shortly before your chosen date, your tickets will be held for you on site. Please present your order confirmation either digitally or as a printed copy.

Can I bring my toddler (under 4 years old) to the brunch?

Toddlers aged 0 to 3 years are very welcome. Please present an official form of ID or a birth certificate (a copy is sufficient) at admission. Without proof of age, the price for children aged 4 to 11 years (inclusive) will apply.


Gift Voucher

How can I redeem my Phantasialand gift voucher?

You can redeem your Phantasialand gift voucher for many experiences and offers throughout Phantasialand, e.g. for tickets to the theme park and Fantissima or in the various Phantasialand restaurants. There are two ways to redeem your voucher:

  • In the online shop during the ordering process: To do this, you must enter your gift voucher code in the corresponding input box in the shopping cart (before the payment process). The redeemed credit will then be automatically deducted from the total amount in the shopping cart.
  • On site at all redemption points such as our park and hotel restaurants and shops. You will need the QR code for this. Please also have the corresponding gift voucher code ready.

Please note: Any shipping costs incurred when redeeming a Phantasialand gift voucher in our online shop cannot be paid using the available voucher balance. Shipping costs can be settled during the ordering process using the other available payment methods.

How can I redeem my “A Day at Phantasialand” voucher?

You can easily redeem your theme park voucher in our online shop.

  • First select tickets for your desired Phantasialand visit in our online shop.
  • Then enter your gift voucher code in the corresponding input box in the shopping cart (before the payment process). The redeemed credit is automatically deducted from the total amount of the shopping cart.
  • After you have completed the ordering process, you will receive your selected tickets for your visit to Phantasialand by e-mail.

Please note: Shipping costs incurred when redeeming a Phantasialand gift voucher in our online shop can unfortunately not be paid with the available credit of the gift voucher. The shipping costs can be paid in the ordering process with the other available payment options.

How can I redeem my experience hotel voucher?

Simply book your hotel experience online and select “Phantasialand Gift Voucher” under Payment conditions at the end of the booking process. Payment will then be made on site at the reception using your voucher.

You will then receive the booking confirmation for your Phantasialand visit by e-mail.

Please note: Shipping costs incurred when redeeming a Phantasialand gift voucher in our online shop can unfortunately not be paid with the available credit of the gift voucher. The shipping costs can be paid in the ordering process with the other available payment options.

How can I redeem my Fantissima voucher?

To allow us to book your preferred date for your Fantissima experience together with you, simply redeem your Fantissima voucher as follows:

  • Fantissima for Two
    To redeem your voucher for two tickets to the dinner show, please complete the form at www.phantasialand.de/en/fantissima-for-two/. You will need your voucher number for this. You will receive a summary of your booking details shortly afterwards, followed by your booking confirmation within up to five working days.
  • Fantissima Time Out
    To redeem your voucher for the dinner show including an overnight stay at Hotel Ling Bao for two people, please send an email to hotel@phantasialand.de, stating your voucher number and preferred date. You will receive your booking confirmation for your Fantissima experience with hotel accommodation by email within five working days.
  • Sweetheart & Diamond
    Further information about the Sweetheart & Diamond arrangement can be found here. Simply book your preferred date for the Sweetheart & Diamond arrangement here and enter “Payment by voucher” along with your voucher number in the comments field (“Your message for us”). You will receive a summary of your booking details shortly afterwards and your booking confirmation by email within up to five working days.

How can I redeem my culinary delights voucher?

In order to book the desired date for your brunch or dinner experience, simply redeem your culinary delights gift voucher in our online shop.

  • First select your desired brunch or dinner experience in our online shop.
  • Then enter your gift voucher code in the corresponding input box in the shopping cart (before the payment process). The redeemed credit is automatically deducted from the total amount of the shopping cart.
  • After you have completed the ordering process, you will receive a booking confirmation for your brunch or dinner experience by e‑mail.

How can I redeem my Mandala Spa voucher?

In order to book the desired date for your Mandala Spa experience, make an appointment for your massage at the Mandala Spa on +49 2232 3690381. Payment is then made on the spot with your gift voucher.

You will need the corresponding gift voucher code. You will then receive the booking confirmation for your relaxing hours at the Mandala Spa by e-mail.

How can I check the current credit on my gift voucher?

You can easily check the current value of your gift voucher here in our online shop by entering your gift voucher code.

What happens to my remaining credit?

If there is any remaining credit on the gift voucher after booking an experience, you can easily redeem it for further experiences - for example, for a fantastic delights in our park restaurants.

If the remaining balance on the gift voucher is not sufficient for your desired experience, a combined payment of gift voucher and cash payment / card payment is of course also possible.

Cash payout is not possible.

Can I redeem several gift vouchers in one order?

You can redeem several Phantasialand gift vouchers at the same time or book additional services both by telephone and on site.

To do so, please have all QR codes / card numbers of the gift vouchers to be redeemed ready.

How long is my gift voucher valid?

You can redeem your gift voucher for 3 years from the date of issue.

Is my gift voucher transferable?

The gift voucher is transferable. You can therefore make other people happy with your gift voucher, provided it has not yet been redeemed.

The gift voucher can be redeemed by anyone who is in possession of the online voucher or the voucher card.

What happens if I lose my gift voucher?

As the gift vouchers are to be treated as cash, it is not possible to block or reproduce the gift vouchers.

Which payment methods can I use to order a voucher?

Vouchers can be purchased using all payment methods available in the online shop. However, PayPal is not available when selecting the Print@Home delivery option.

How will I receive my voucher?

Print@Home vouchers will be sent by email to the email address provided immediately after payment has been received.

Voucher cards will be sent by post to the address provided after payment has been received. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 working days. Delivery times for orders shipped outside Germany may vary.
