Payment options at a glance

With Saferpay, you can pay securely and conveniently via one of Europe’s leading payment service providers. Your payment details are transmitted in encrypted form and processed securely. Saferpay offers a range of popular payment methods, including credit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.

How the payment process works:

1. When placing your order, select Saferpay (credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Wero, iDEAL, Bancontact) as your payment method.
2. Complete your order and you will automatically be redirected to Saferpay’s secure payment page.
3. Select your preferred payment method.
4. Enter the required payment details and confirm your payment.
5. You will then be automatically redirected back to our online shop.

Please note: PayPal is not available for the purchase of Print@home gift vouchers.

With Amazon Pay, you can conveniently and securely use the payment methods and address details already stored in your Amazon account. Your payment information remains with Amazon.

How the payment process works:

1. When placing your order, select Amazon Pay as your payment method.
2. You will be redirected to Amazon’s sign-in page.
3. Sign in with your Amazon account.
4. Confirm your preferred delivery address and payment method with Amazon. If you are using Amazon Pay for the first time, you may also be asked to accept the Amazon Pay terms and conditions.
5. You will then be automatically redirected back to our online shop.
6. Check your order and complete your purchase as usual.

Please note: Amazon Pay is not available for the purchase of Print@home gift vouchers.

Important: The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your Amazon account. Before placing your order, please make sure that you have access to this email inbox.

When paying by bank transfer, you transfer the invoice amount yourself within 10 days to the bank account specified by us. We will begin processing your order once your payment has been received and recorded.

How the payment process works:

1. When placing your order, select bank transfer as your payment method.
2. Complete your order as usual.
3. Once your order has been checked, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the invoice amount to be transferred, our bank details and your order number as the payment reference.
4. Transfer the invoice amount to the specified bank account, using your order number as the payment reference.

As soon as the amount has been credited to the account, the reservation / purchase becomes binding. If payment is not received on time, the reservation / purchase will be forfeited and there will be no entitlement to admission or purchase on site, especially in the case of special offers limited in time. 

After receipt of payment, the tickets / gift Vouchers / goods will be dispatched by mail to the order address provided. Goods and tickets are always shipped separately.

You can conveniently pay for your online shop purchase using a Phantasialand gift voucher. The available voucher balance will be deducted directly from the total amount of your order during the checkout process.

How to redeem your voucher:

1. Add your chosen products to your shopping cart.
2. Enter your voucher code in the designated field in your shopping cart.
3. The available voucher balance will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order.
4. Complete the checkout process using your preferred payment method to pay any remaining balance.

Please note: If there is any remaining balance on your gift voucher after booking an experience, you can use it for further experiences without any problems. Unfortunately, any shipping and processing fees cannot be paid using the available voucher balance when redeeming a Phantasialand gift voucher in the online shop. These fees can be paid during the checkout process using the available payment methods.
