With our tickets at a special price, we aim to give as many people as possible the opportunity to visit us. You decide when to experience Phantasialand at the best time and price for you.

The price shown here in the shop calendar is always the cheapest. If a sepcial rate is sold out for a particular day, the full price applies for that day.
Of course, you can purchase a ticket at the current daily price on the day of your visit until 2 p.m. – subject to availability. All tickets can only be purchased online.
Special tickets
Children under 4 years – free admission
Children aged 0 to 3 years are granted free admission without a pre-booked ticket. Please bring an official ID or birth certificate (a copy is sufficient) with you to the entrance.
Guests with special needs and pregnants – free admisson or special rate

Visit as birthday child (up to and including 11 years) – free admission
For the visit on their birthday your child must have a valid proof of age and a daybound reservation from the following page: registration for visiting day with free admission
For your safety
To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, handcarts and similar means of transport are not permitted in Phantasialand. Further information can be found under point 10 of our entry terms.

Information about your visitBooking conditions
- Please note the maximum amount of 30 special price tickets per order.
- The payment of the special price tickets is only possible via PayPal and credit card.
- Online tickets are always day-bound and can only be booked as e-tickets.
- Exchanges and returns are excluded.
- Infants aged 0 to 3, children aged 4 to 11 and guests aged 60 and over require proof of age on the day of their visit.
- E-tickets and proof of eligibility must be printed out or presented digitally on a smartphone at the Phantasialand entrance.
No ticket sales on site
You always need a pre-booked online ticket for a visit, as there are no box offices on site. This allows you to secure attractive ticket offers for the day of your visit and also saves you the waiting time at box offices.
Conditions for the special rate ticket
This ticket is only valid for:
- Pregnants
Available upon presentation of a valid pregnancy record book - Adults with disabilities (from degree of disability 50) from age 12
Valid official disabled pass required - Accompanying person
of guests with disabilities with the following markings: aG, H, Bl, B or GL.
Children with disabilities (from degree of disability 50) aged 4–11 years and guests with disabilities (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) receive free admission upon presentation of your reservation confirmation and valid proof. Please reserve your day of visit early, as the ticket contingent is limited on all days!
