With our special offer tickets, we want to enable as many people as possible to visit Phantasialand and immerse themselves in fantastic worlds together with family and friends.

This is how to secure your ticket
Prices vary depending on the day of the visit, the time between the desired date and the contingent.
The price shown here in the shop calendar is always the cheapest. If a sepcial rate is sold out for a particular day, the full price applies for that day.
Of course, you can also spontaneously purchase a ticket online on the day of your visit until 2 p.m. at the price valid on that day – if still available. All tickets can only be purchased online.
A surcharge may be added for ticket bookings made on the day of the visit itself.

- Please note the maximum amount of 30 special price tickets per order.
- The payment of the special price tickets is only possible via PayPal and credit card.
- Online tickets are always day-bound and can only be booked as e-tickets.
- Exchanges and returns are excluded.
- Children aged 4 to 11 and guests aged 60 and over require proof of age on the day of their visit.
- E-tickets and proof of eligibility must be printed out or presented digitally on a smartphone at the Phantasialand entrance.
- Booking the online ticket "Children 0-3 years" is only possible in combination with an adult ticket. If you already have a ticket, please contact shop@phantasialand.de quoting the existing ticket.
No ticket sales on site
You always need a pre-booked online ticket for a visit, as there are no box offices on site. This allows you to secure attractive ticket offers for the day of your visit and also saves you the waiting time at box offices.
Conditions for the special rate ticket
This ticket is only valid for:
- Guests 60+
Presentation of a valid ID required - Pregnants
Available upon presentation of a valid pregnancy record book - Adults with disabilities (from degree of disability 50) from age 12
Valid official disabled pass required - Accompanying person
of guests with disabilities with the following markings: aG, H, Bl, B or GL.
Children with disabilities (from degree of disability 50) aged 4–11 years and guests with disabilities (aG, H, Bl, B, GL) receive free admission upon presentation of your reservation confirmation and valid proof. Please reserve your day of visit early, as the ticket contingent is limited on all days!
