Your visit day is reserved - please present your reservation confirmation together with your proof document at the Service Point at the Berlin or Mystery entrances (open from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.).

Your proof document as a guest with disabilities:
As an adult with certain signs (aG, H, BI, B, GL) or for children with disabilities, you will receive your free ticket on the day of your visit upon presentation of your reservation confirmation and your valid official disability ID at the Service Point at the Berlin or Mystery entrances (open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.).
Please note: For each guest with a disability (aG, H, Bl, B, GL), one accompanying person receives a reduced ticket, which must be booked in advance in the online store. All other accompanying persons require a pre-purchased online ticket for the corresponding date.

Your proof document for birthday children (aged 4–11 years):
You will receive your free birthday ticket on the day of your visit at the Service Point at the Berlin or Mystery entrances (open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.) - upon presentation of your reservation confirmation and with a valid ID of the birthday child. This can also be a copy of the child's birth certificate or student ID, provided that the child's age can be seen there.
Please note: Persons accompanying the birthday child always require a pre-purchased online ticket for the relevant date.

Your proof as a member of VDFU, DSB or as an employee of other theme parks:
You will receive your ticket on the day of your visit at the Service Point at the Berlin or Mystery entrances (open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.)- upon presentation of your reservation confirmation and your valid membership or employee ID card.

Phantasialand opening 2023/24

We welcome you daily at Phantasialand - continuously from 01 April 2023 up to and including 28 January 2024! Phantasialand is open daily from 09 a.m. to 6 p.m. up to and including 17 November 2023. All attractions in Phantasialand are open for you from 10 a.m.!

Experience the Phantasialand Wintertraum from 18 November 2023 up to and including 28 January 2024!
